Background
The apartment is located at the third and last floor of a 16th century building listed among those of artistic and historic interest in Siena. It was brought back to life in 1995 after a 5-year renovation process that completely transformed every square meter into a luxurious yet homely environment. The penthouse is perfect for both short and longer stays.
The architect, Gian Piero Frassinelli, among the founders of the famous Superstudio in Florence, went deep into every corner of what used to be a run-down attic and extracted its new soul. The attention to every detail and painstaking effort to render useful every last square meter brought to life unconventional yet functional architectural solutions.

Penthouse in Siena is just 200 meters from the famous Piazza del Campo, a scenic square that offers an enjoyable view, restaurants and bars to relax in front of a world-renown panorama. Twice a year in the square the Palio horse race is run, a must-experience event truly rooted in Siena’s soul. Not further away is the Duomo, the main cathedral of Siena, just among the many other cultural and artistic attractions in town. At the penthouse you are in the heart of Siena.
Although in the heart of Siena, the apartment is surprisingly quiet even during the most festive days.
